The 90-Day Empowered Brain Transformation Program
Proper nourishment is not only essential to overall health, it’s a powerful healer and the cornerstone of lasting transformation. When you give your body the nourishment it needs (and we’re talking about more than just food here), it can be truly life-changing.
My 90-day coaching program will take you on a step-by-step journey of transformation where we’ll use food and lifestyle habit change to tackle your health challenges and achieve your ideal health state.
We’ll look at what you’re currently doing and where you want to go, then we’ll create a roadmap and plan of action to get there—with lots of support and encouragement along the way!

90 Day Total Transformation
This option is best suited for the person who desires lasting lifestyle changes and wants to give their health a promotion from part-time to full-time investment. In this 90-day transformational journey, we will discover what’s been holding you back from having what you desire and break those bad habits for good. The program includes twelve weekly* one-hour sessions by phone or video call, unlimited email support, and written recommendations and resources to help you reach your goals and make lasting behavior changes.

28 Day Jumpstart
Not ready for a 90-Day Intensive, but eager to jumpstart your healthy lifestyle? This option is well-suited for the person who is highly self-motivated and seeks short term guidance, support and accountability for one main goal (such as Better Blood Sugar). This service includes an extensive food and lifestyle review, four weekly one-hour consults by phone or video call, unlimited email support, and written recommendations and resources to help you reach your goal.
